I'm Cassie, a former full time ER nurse. I had bought the lie - go to school, get good grades, to get a good...job. You've probably heard it too. Over $100,000 later in student loan debt, I felt stuck in the middle-class rat race. Working overtime wasn't going to get me to my goals and dreams. And I didn't want to go back to school for another degree to earn higher income with more student loan debt.
I tried many side hustles, but I felt lost and alone, and ultimately nothing stuck. I moved to Dallas for travel nursing — and finally got the coaching I had been praying for. After following Coach Dezz’s guidance to get licensed in life insurance, I discovered a business that aligned with nursing still having impact, but also offered freedom, and the uncapped income I always wanted. Now, I help others make the same leap - and build a life that's better than before.

I grew up in the hood, earned a full-ride scholarship for football, and chose to serve my country as a U.S. Marine. I started my first million-dollar business from the ground up — and still lost half my income to taxes. That’s when I realized: it’s not just about how hard you work, it’s about how much you understand the money game.
Now, I’m on a mission to help smart, hard-working people build something real — where faith, purpose, and community meet strategy, business, and legacy.

Do I need experience to do this?
Not at all. Most people who join us have zero experience in insurance or building. We’ll guide you step by step — all you need is a willingness to learn and follow a proven system.
Is this only for medical professionals and first responders?
While the networking component is, the business support and building is for everyone 18 and older. We work with young adults and baby boomers!
What if I just want to network and not build a business?
That’s perfectly fine! We’ve created a space for meaningful connections, not pressure. That said, many people who come to network end up inspired to build generational wealth once they see what’s possible.
What kind of events will there be?
Expect everything from networking mixers, business trips, galas, and conferences to pickle-ball, game nights, happy hours, and private parties. We blend business with culture to create spaces where people can win and have fun.
Do I have to quit my job to do this?
No. Most people build this part-time while working full-time. It’s flexible, remote-friendly, and can be done around your existing life.
What's the time commitment?
Like anything new, it takes time to learn. We've found that on average 9 hours a week is sufficient to get you making additional income part time.
What's the catch?
There isn’t one. The only “catch” is you have to take action. We give you everything you need — but you have to show up and do the work.
